A week of venue change is A LOT of coordination with 60+ vendors, rentals, bands, sponsors, volunteers, the staff at J.S. Bridwell Agricultural Center, the Wichita Falls Fire Dept., and the different crews it takes to put on a festival. Our staff and committee has spent a lot of time away from their families this week to bring together other families. It`s hard, but we love what we do and we don`t back down from challenges, we get the job done. We always try and remember to step back during the event and take in the view of months of planning, change after change, and all the roadblocks we got past to get there. We have received so many encouraging messages from other event planners and nonprofits that also throw events. That fuels us, y`all!!
